Kevin and Julie were one of the first couples that booked me for 2011. For their engagement shoot we decided to not only shoot some portraits at their house and neighborhood, but we also came up with the idea of putting up the photobooth in their house to get some really personal pictures. I knew that they were going to do the wedding their way, and I was looking forward to it for a long time.
They got things rolling with a brunch in Manhattan with their closest friends.

After that, we headed on over to the Brooklyn Historical Society.

They hand made all of the details at their wedding.

Including a zombie cake topper.

Pickleback shots. With homemade pickles. For real.

They also brought along their own personalized props for the photobooth.

This was so cool. A typewriter with one long roll of paper in it (think Jack Kerouac writing Dharma Bums) for their guest book.
